Anand Mudunuru is a seasoned global HR executive with over 25 years of experience aligning people strategy with business transformation across the automotive, technology, oil and gas, and semiconductor industries. He has led high-performing HR teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, supporting iconic organizations including Stellantis, Nvidia, GE/Baker Hughes, and Freescale Semiconductors. At Stellantis, he currently leads global HR for the Software, Product, Planning, and Quality organizations, where he has driven organizational transformation, enabled 10x engineering hiring growth, implemented a capabilities-driven career ladder, and developed workforce strategies supporting the company’s €30B Dare Forward 2030 vision. Previously at Nvidia, he supported global software teams during a period of hypergrowth, embedding scalable talent practices, progressive career pathing, and employee experience strategies to fuel innovation. A recent graduate of Berkeley’s CHRO Transformation Program led by Laszlo Bock, he is focused on shaping the future of work through purpose, agility, and data-driven decision-making. His leadership approach blends business-first HR, agile execution, and analytics-informed strategies to deliver measurable business value. Outside of work, he is a proud Boy Scouts leader, half-marathon runner, and badminton player, and enjoys family life in Houston with his wife, two children, and their dog.
