Aubree Slavik is an experienced leader in equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), currently spearheading the Me EDI® project at the CORNERSTONE Photonics Innovation Centre. With a rich background across education leadership, digital transformation and accessibility consultancy, she brings a multifaceted approach to embedding inclusive practice across research and innovation environments.

Prior to joining CORNERSTONE, Aubree served as Academic Dean of the USA’s first virtual International Baccalaureate programme and has led technology and community-engagement initiatives in both education and industry. Her work at CORNERSTONE focuses on developing career-development frameworks, supporting public-engagement and outreach programmes, and ensuring that silicon-photonics innovation is accessible to all.
