Ed has spent twenty years as an executive for some of the world's leading technology companies. He began his career in academia, earning his doctoral degree before diving into industry, venture capital, and startups. Along the way, Ed led teams and organizations focused on creating, delivering, and scaling new technologies for Yahoo!, Microsoft, Microsoft Research, and Google. He has founded four products that he moved from zero to one, delivering value at global scale. He also led global organizations to advance, apply, and scale artificial intelligence across industries. He serves as the EDGE AI FOUNDATION's Vice President of Strategy, engaging with our academic partners, industry leaders, venture capital, and startup partners.
