Naveed Alam is a health technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation in microelectronics and its application in healthcare. Currently serving as an Advisor to ARPA-H, he supports the mission to accelerate transformative health solutions to scale across the United States. As the Founder of Aman Ventures, he is dedicated to expanding access to personalized care in the underserved markets. Previously, Naveed spent over 15 years at Medtronic in multiple leadership roles, where he led design engineering teams in developing next-generation implantable devices. His deep technical expertise is complemented by his experience as a consultant for DARPA, where he supported multiple next generation technology development programs. He holds a proven track record of transitioning complex microsystems from concept to high-volume medical production.
