Neil Suri is a Vice President on Capstone’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) team, where he advises capital markets and private equity clients on technology policy and regulatory issues. His work focuses on the semiconductor ecosystem, including export controls on advanced chips and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, as well as U.S. industrial policy initiatives such as the CHIPS and Science Act. His analysis has been featured in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Prior to Capstone, Neil worked at a geopolitical risk and policy analysis firm focused on emerging technology and national security issues, and at Gartner, a global research and advisory firm. He holds a degree from the University of Chicago.
