Dr. Peggy Williams is a senior civilian scientist for NSWC Crane Division’s Strategic Microelectronics Division, who leads Education & Workforce Development for the OUSD(R&E) Trusted & Assured Microelectronics Program and manages the SCALE Workforce Development Program. Holding a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Purdue University, Dr. Williams brings 9 years of government experience leading failure and material analyses, chemical safety, and workforce development initiatives. She is dedicated to driving growth in and advancing the Defense microelectronics workforce and strengthening the talent pipeline. Interested in collaborating with SCALE?
