Ryan Korn is a Co-Founder and Principal of Palmer Labs, a strategic advisory firm focused on growth and market access for technology companies navigating federal and regulated markets. Previously, Ryan served as Chief Technology Officer at the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs. He also led enterprise architecture and systems modernization at the Bureau of Industry and Security (Commerce), the agency responsible for U.S. export controls on semiconductors and dual-use technologies. A 2022 Federal 100 honoree, he has held technology leadership roles across DOJ, Commerce, and SBA—including as Product Manager for the $16 billion Shuttered Venue Operators Grant program. Ryan holds a Master's in Education from Harvard University and a B.A. from American University.
