Sam Fok is the co-founder and CEO of femtoAI, a Silicon Valley startup building ultra-efficient AI inference on the edge. After earning his PhD at Stanford’s Brains in Silicon Lab, he founded femtoAI in 2018 to develop a brain-inspired, full-stack edge AI platform spanning custom silicon, software, and production-ready models. Today, femtoAI’s technology is shipping in commercial products, enabling customers to embed cutting-edge intelligence directly into devices such as advanced hearing aids, wearables, and next-generation smart appliances without reliance on the cloud.
